VS-1 Liquid is a refrigerated product. We ship with an ice pack to keep it cool but we highly recommend expedited UPS shipping. Being a refrigerated item also means that your product will only ship on certain days so that, to the best of our ability, it does not sit in a shipping facility over the weekend.
